Salon policies:

We strive to keep our clients and staff healthy and happy, these policies will help to ensure you have a great experience.

No shows/cancellations:

Please allow 48 hours notice for cancellations. We are a busy salon and it can be hard to get an appointment, by notifying us in advance we are able to call a client on the wait list and bring in someone who would be happy to fill your appointment time. No shows or appointments canceled without 48 hours’ notice are required to pay a fee of 30% of the cost of the service missed before scheduling your next appointment.

Returns/exchanges:

If a product you have purchased is unsatisfactory or flawed we allow up to 30 days for exchange or refund. We want you to love the product you take home with you so if you have any questions/concerns or just want to know more about your product please feel free to ask your stylist/esthetician.

Children: 

We love our clients of all ages! Kids are always welcome to come in for services with our friendly staff, please keep in mind that salons are filled with potentially dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, hot irons, etc. In addition to these challenges, we want our salon and spa area to be an oasis for people to recharge and spend some “me time.” Children must be attended by another adult (who is not receiving services) at all times in order to ensure that every client gets the full attention they deserve!
